    Participation and accommodation preferences can be confirmed through the payment portal:

  • Reservation Fee: USD 1,999
    This amount is applied toward the total delegation package cost.


  • The USD 1,999 Reservation Fee is non-refundable.

    However, it may be:

    • transferred to another delegate within the same Mission Delegation
    • applied only to this specific delegation
    • not applicable to other trips or programs

    If a delegate is unable to participate after payment:

    • fees may be transferred to another delegate
    • TheFutureCo team can assist with the transfer process

    This policy ensures program continuity while offering practical flexibility.

  • Standard accommodations are arranged on a:

    • Twin-sharing basis
    • Government-approved 3-star hotels

    Delegates who prefer:

    • Single room occupancy
    • Accommodation upgrades (including 5-star properties)

    may select these options directly through the payment portal.

    If you encounter any difficulty selecting upgrades, our team can assist in arranging them.

    Paro International Airport (PBH)
    Bhutan’s primary international gateway.

    Most delegates transit through regional hubs such as:

  • No. International flights are arranged individually by delegates.


  • Yes.

    Airport pickup from Paro International Airport and all internal ground transportation during the delegation are coordinated through our Bhutan partners.

    Detailed arrival coordination will be shared closer to the travel dates.


  • The delegation unfolds across Thimphu and Paro, balancing strategic dialogue, institutional engagements, cultural immersion, and reflective practice.

    The program generally includes:
