Mission Delegation Participation

By participating in a Mission Delegation organized by TheFutureCo ("TFC"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Mission Delegations are curated, invitation-based, place-based immersions aligned with the principles of One Earth, One Humanity, bioregional stewardship, and the advancement of Health, Wellness, and Consciousness. I understand that these delegations are not tourism products, retreats, festivals, or commercial conferences, but learning-, dialogue-, and relationship-based engagements rooted in respect for local cultures, ecosystems, and sovereignty.

I agree to conduct myself with integrity, humility, professionalism, and respect at all times; to comply with all applicable local laws, customs, cultural and spiritual practices; and to follow all ecological protection, confidentiality, and community protocols communicated by TFC and host partners.

Code of Conduct

Mission Delegations bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds in settings that may be intimate, immersive, and culturally significant. In order to protect participants, host communities, and the integrity of the delegation, I agree to the following Code of Conduct:

Respectful Conduct

  • I will engage with fellow participants, hosts, community members, and facilitators with respect, care, and professionalism at all times.

  • Harassment, discrimination, coercion, intimidation, or unwanted physical, verbal, or emotional conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Any form of sexual activity or romantic engagement must be fully consensual, private, and respectful, and must not disrupt the delegation environment, compromise safety, or involve local hosts or community members.

Alcohol & Substances

  • I understand that Mission Delegations are purpose-led professional and cultural engagements, not party environments.

  • I agree to comply fully with all local laws and cultural norms regarding alcohol and controlled substances.

  • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • Excessive alcohol consumption, impairment, or behavior that disrupts the delegation, disrespects host communities, or compromises safety is not permitted.

  • TFC reserves the right to restrict or prohibit alcohol use in certain settings, activities, or locations.

Safety, Boundaries & Responsibility

  • I take full responsibility for my personal behavior, choices, and wellbeing during the delegation.

  • I will respect personal boundaries and immediately cease any behavior if asked.

  • I understand that participation in activities is voluntary and that I may opt out of any activity at any time.

Enforcement

  • TFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to address any conduct that violates this Code of Conduct.

  • Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the Mission Delegation without refund, in order to protect participants, host communities, and the integrity of the program.

Confidentiality & Discretion

I understand that certain conversations, locations, community knowledge, projects, relationships, and early-stage opportunities shared during a Mission Delegation may be sensitive, private, or non-public. I agree not to disclose such information without explicit permission, including after the delegation concludes.

Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that Mission Delegations may involve international travel, remote or non-urban environments, and participation in outdoor, ecological, or community-based activities. I voluntarily assume all associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release TheFutureCo from liability arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I further acknowledge that participation in a Mission Delegation does not guarantee investment, partnership, funding, employment, or any form of follow-on engagement, and does not create an agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship with TFC.

Media & Documentation Consent

I understand that TFC may document Mission Delegations through photography, video, audio recording, or written reflections, subject to cultural, ecological, and community approval. All documentation is curated and contextualized by TFC.

I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for internal documentation and approved external use (e.g., reports, website, presentations, or communications).

I understand that my participation constitutes full consent, and that this consent will be exercised with care, discretion, and respect for cultural and personal boundaries.
